Hello! My son locked out the tablet, Model: V10B.2953 2018 Victbing 3G Phablet 10-inch Android Tablet that we have. It has a pattern security lock that he cannot remember and we would like to reset the unit. We tried long-pressing the power and volume up buttons but it does not provide a reset option. We tried to long and short press the small reset hole on the unit but that has not worked either. Kindly provide any help. Thank you!
