If the screen stuck on reboot mode,
1) Allow the battery to die, charge it for 2 hours, then try to turn it on;

2) Contact customer support for updating the firmware on your Tablet.

If your Camera is very low quality, please check if the lenses are covered by dust.

If your Tablet runs very slowly,
1) Please check if there are too many applications running at the same time firstly, stop the unwanted applications;

2) Try to rest your Tablet. If the problem still exists, please contact customer support for updating the firmware on your Tablet.

If your Tablet will not stay turned on even at full charge,
1) Please check if you set up the time of sleep mode;

2) Reset your Tablet to factory settings;

3) Contact customer support for updating the firmware on your Tablet.

If WiFi goes in and out,
1) Please stay close to the router and see if that fixes the problem;

2) Check your wireless power settings to verify that there aren’t any auto power management settings allowed that might be shutting your card down prematurely;

3) Power cycle your hardware connected to the network. Then power them back on in the following order: modem -> router -> PC (wired) -> laptop (wireless) and see if that fixes the problem;

4) Resetting your wireless router to factory default settings.
