How to install the microSD

I bought mine last January 2023, I didn’t use it often, but it as a backup when traveling. It started shutting down, the battery lost power and I used it again once a week if that. In August I picked it up it was dead, I tried charging it nothing, but I tried force restarting nothing, I have sent an email to the manufacturer since Walmart won’t honor the protection plan till January. I have emailed at least 20 times with no answer from the manufacturer. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THIS RESTARTED OR FIXED? I paid $30 for a protection plan and no one will fix this thing!
